I help people find understanding after feeling deeply misunderstood and liberation after experiencing religious trauma, LGBTQIA+ minority stress, and generational trauma by creating tailored treatments to meet my clients' needs. Each person's story is unique, and I would like to know yours!
Oftentimes, the narratives that were passed down to us or the narratives that we developed for ourselves in order to survive, keep us stuck. I will work with you to reclaim your narrative. Through learning about your story, we will identify the stuck-points and ways in which to become "unstuck."
It is no easy feat to share your story with a stranger, even if the stranger is a therapist. Trust is built over time and begins in a "hello." It would be an honor for me to hear your story and help you along the path of finding liberation.
