Currently Accepting New Clients as of 10/18. Relationships are supposed to be fun and provide safety, fulfillment, nurturing, pleasure and companionship. But sometimes, life gets in the way, conflicts arise, past traumas are actuated and those positive feelings are replaced with resentments, anxieties, fear, and disconnection. The very thing that should be a source of support becomes a stressor and a struggle. When our intimate relationships are out of balance, the bedrock of our lives feels fractured. Our everyday enjoyment level goes down.

With couples therapy, I can help you learn how to be and feel differently in your relationship. I can provide a space for you to work through the past traumas and hurts that are keeping you from experiencing an easy flow of closeness and personal identity in your relationship. I can help you redefine your goals as a couple and get on a track to achieve them.
