Choosing to prioritize your mental health is not always easy and can be an intimidating step. Although sometimes difficult, it is important because you matter! I hope to be a part of helping you in your journey. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have a background in treating clients with various challenges such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, disabilities, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I am trained in a variety of therapies and, as a result, utilize an eclectic approach. You are the expert on yourself!
I am here to support you as well as to be a safe space for you to be your genuine self. I have an empathic and non-judgmental approach to treatment and, together, I will help you to develop a plan that best meets your needs. I will work with you to develop coping skills and different ways to address challenges.
