I often use DBT skills/Mindfulness which provides tools to help you stay centered and regulated as well as resetting the body when feeling triggered. DBT also gives concrete methods for communicating more effectively. I use EMDR trauma release therapy where you can target certain trauma memories to physically and emotionally release the "charge" of those memories using right to left stimulation.
