Serving as a community-based mental health therapist for 10+ years, I provide accessible virtual telehealth (therapy from wherever!) in Washington State. I resonate working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and millenial adults that are seeking professional guidance during life’s toughest times to come out the other side not only healthy and well, but happy and thriving.

When I was younger, I performed stand-up comedy as a coping method while stressed, in school and going to therapy myself. As a result, I am still a bit of a jokester, and love to infuse laughter and playfulness into my practice to craft an experience for my clients that feels down-to-earth, kind, and relatable. No one wants to go to therapy feeling on trial.
