View me as a kind of midwife who will assist you to give birth to a new version of yourself....a happier, more content version. Together, we will work to identify negative patterns that may be holding you back, or making you go round and round in behaviors that don't serve you well. We'll examine self-image, explore whether you recognize your gifts/assets as readily as you do your mistakes/shortcomings. We'll add some coping and self-care skills to your toolbox, and seek solutions
I have 30 plus years experience, a very person-centered, compassionate and holistic philosophy, doing primarily talk therapy, taking an eclectic approach from multiple disciplines to find what works best for you, and striving to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to do your work.
