I have a passion for assisting others on their healing journey to finding their true self. Underneath all the layers of fear and suffering, a true warrior is present. I specialize in trauma therapy and working with the LGBTQIA population. I work with children (ages 10 years and up), teens, and adults. I enjoy holding space for others as they explore their spirituality and their spiritual beliefs. I also work with those who have experienced religious or spiritual abuse. I am open to working with clients from all spiritual/religious backgrounds and embody a neutral stance while holding space for others.
I have expertise in assisting those who have experienced trauma, traumatic grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-acceptance, and LGBTQ population. I also work with clients who are seeking therapy to “Level Up” their mental health in general and become more present in daily life. I greatly enjoy using meditation and mindfulness principles with my clients.
I am Nationally Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also have training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Unified Protocol (UP) for depression and anxiety. I utilize skills and knowledge from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
