Intimacy, identity, and feelings of safety are all tied to the relationships we form. Many times, clients come to me when they are experiencing some form of disconnection within their lives. The purpose of our work together is to repair these areas of disconnection so that you may experience a more connected, authentic, and pleasurable life.
My role is to create a space where we may welcome all parts of you as you begin your inquiry. I integrate traditional talk therapy with cultural, somatic (body-based processing), and spiritual lenses to approach your concerns from a holistic and decolonized perspective. All of which lend to a trauma-informed path that gently guides you in your exploration.
Ultimately you and I are entering this journey together. I will be present as we process the adversity you have faced and will help you befriend your inner world.
