My focus is on guiding adolescents and adults to elevate their self-worth and become the best version of themselves. I have experience working with clients growing up in abusive households, clients going through marital separations, and clients experiencing extreme self-deprecation and feelings of worthlessness. Because of this, I am extremely passionate about the ways an individual views themself and how it can impact the trajectory of their experience, situation, and their life.
When working with clients, I utilize a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach. I have found the structure of these two approaches to allow clients to go along their journey at their own pace, while also gaining the benefits of evidence-based tools grounded in empirical research.
