My practice is centered around empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, change thinking patterns, improve their mental health, and work towards who they want to be. I have worked with many different types of people who have experienced various trauma and grief in their lives. I understand, on a personal level, how our journeys in life aren't always what we expected. My goal is to walk alongside of you and help you dismantle what is standing in your way of peace.
Some of my areas of expertise include; stress management, anxiety, suicidal ideation, abuse, working with children, and relationships and marriage. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Therapy, and Psychodynamic techniques.
