I further believe therapy should be a collaborative process, where you are an active participant in your own healing journey. I provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can freely express yourself, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies.
I use a strengths-based approach to therapy while creating space for the client to explore the connection between life experiences, meaning, and identified strengths to accomplish treatment goals. I strive to create an environment where clients feel empowered and supported along their journey of self-discovery. I also provide parent/coparenting services.
