My main area of focus is EMDR Therapy with couples and individuals. With couples, I focus on relational trauma, such as infidelity, abuse, or loss of a child. With individuals, I address childhood trauma, attachment wounds, sexual abuse, religious trauma, and any other traumatic events. I also provide CBT, EFT, & DBT Therapy.
Kintsugi, a Japanese art of repairing broken pottery, emphasizes the importance of embracing and valuing the history of an object.
