We are here for those new to counseling and those who have been before. We have two therapists on staff: Virginia "Ginny" Redmond (LCSW) and Vanessa Shannon (LCSW). We provide services for youth ages 12 and up, adults and families across Alaska via telehealth, and in person at our Fairbanks office. We treat various types of symptoms and struggles such as: job stress, life changes, family support, anxiety, depression, and traumatic life experiences; to name a few.
We believe in the value of the dignity and worth of all individuals. All of our techniques are evidence-based and individualized, which means that research studies show that these approaches are effective and make a difference. Many people can benefit from talking with a therapist throughout their life.
