I work with clients who are struggling to get out of their own way and continue to repeat undesired patterns. These issues can present as continuing to choose emotionally unavailable partners ("toxic" partners), and yet get frustrated things are not working out and internalize it as something is wrong with them, or individuals/couples that have read every books they could find, yet the change they implement is often temporary and ultimately they return to old unhealthy behaviors and emotions. I help clients reach their goal of identifying and aligning with their values to live an empowered life filled with self-trust and love.
I help clients with anxiety/depression, trust and worthiness wounds, trauma, eating disorders, coaching, undesired relational dynamics, infidelity, life transitions, and identity development. I spent the first twelve years of my career working in sales in the advertising technology industry.
With a deep appreciation for life’s complexities, I bring a refreshing energy to therapy and am known to have a disarming demeanor through my active participation in the therapy room.
