I've been a psychologist for over 30 years, yet the way I help people today is entirely different now. I use mindfulness brain-based talk therapy, and visualizations, for an integrated approach to emotional/physical/mental wellness. We focus on your current self and life as a whole.

I help adults suffering anxiety, depression, grief, sexual abuse, stress, insomnia, self-doubt, and stifling blocks of fear that prevent you from doing what you want to do. I help those who never feel they are good enough, who yearn for their own sense of self and identity. Theirs' is a silent inner pain they don't show, instead smiling and ever achieving.

I work with men and women, victims of crime and rape, loss and grief, the other silent life-robbing experiences that live on long after the trauma is over. This is not living. Let me help you. Journaling has been shown to relieve stress and help overcome feelings of powerlessness, confusion, and anxiety. Journaling with others will help lower feelings of loneliness, invisibility, worry, and isolation. You’ll write to prompts related to the pandemic. It's private but you’ll be invited to share some of your writing with the group if you choose. I will create a safe space to share our experiences related to this extraordinary time.
