I focus on alleviating distressing symptoms around concerns including (not limited to) anxiety, depression & trauma. I have found success in the work I do with my clients in moving towards relief, clarity, healthy coping, & better relationships. I am sincerely invested in my clients & helping them achieve reprieve from their human suffering. My clients can expect warmth, transparency, & honesty in our work together.
