Therapy is not a one size fits all process, and I am not a one size fits all person or professional. I work with individuals throughout the life span to promote personal growth. My theoretical orientation is strengths-based and wellness-focused, and I believe passionately in the ability of the individual to change. Much of my experience and education has been in working with individuals, couples, families, groups - and people in all kinds of relationships - who identify with emotional/behavioral exceptionalities. I am highly respectful of differences and the importance of individualizing treatment.
Real change happens when behaviors change. Together we collaborate to determine what you want to achieve. I support you by providing counseling in a confidential, safe, and relaxing setting.
