I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship is the foundation to creating a safe, trusting, and non judgmental place to have open communication so that we can explore the past, present, and future together.
I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. I use and individualize an array of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, modalities of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Reality Therapy, etc to meet the your needs and goals.
