I sincerely trust in an individual’s ability to heal, even from profound pain and trauma and I am privileged to be able to walk with someone as they begin to thrive. My practice focuses on intimacy and reproductive well-being, as well as a wide range of psychological concerns, including: anxiety, recovery following illness or medical trauma, relationship concerns, and grief. I also make it a sincere priority to provide a welcoming space for the LGBTQIA community. My website presents a great deal of information about sexual therapy, simply because it is often omitted from healing, sadly.
After completing my PhD and post-doctoral fellowship in Counseling Psychology, I went on to complete hundreds of hours of training (recommended by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) related to sexual, reproductive and gender health. I am also PsyPACT certified and can provide telehealth counseling in 40 states.
Throughout my career I have treated a very wide range of concerns and am available to all choosing to heal. The human spirit is absolutely incredible and it takes tremendous courage to choose to heal. I have the utmost respect and compassion for my clients who have opted to take this life-changing step toward reclaiming their authentic voices.
