Since graduating with my Master's in 2018, I have served adolescents and adults from multiple cultural backgrounds who have experienced homelessness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University, a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland.
I specialize in CBT but utilize a number of other therapeutic approaches because I understand therapy is most effective when it is personalized for each patient.
