Hello and Welcome! Our agency offers affordable, low-cost, telehealth therapy. I have a passion for working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with individuals from all ethnicities and backgrounds. My specialty is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-harm, self-esteem, ADHD behavioral, and development challenges.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that true peace comes from within, while our problems may be external, problems are often solved internally by working on ourselves. Change is possible when we have the tools to create that change.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space that will allow you to open and express your thoughts and feelings freely, with a mission to support you in achieving the life and things you desire.
