I offer a supportive yet straight forward counseling style. Described by many as "caring and supportive but to the point". I like to use evidence- based approaches to therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy. I enjoy helping adolescents and adults whose lives have been impacted by depression, anxiety and/or the increased pressure to fit in or succeed.
