I have a special interest in blended families, couples, parenting, grief & loss, medical family therapy, military families, perinatal women, and life transitions. Through the biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective, I integrate many systemic, evidence-based therapeutic modalities. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, & families of all ages.
I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who seek to integrate their spirituality and their therapeutic journey.
