I have over a decade of clinical experience as a board-certified art therapist, (ATR-BC, LCAT). In my practice, I specialize in working with adults of all ages around anxiety, stress-reduction, and life-transitions. Additionally, I provide gentle support for individuals who are managing issues around clutter, exploring areas where they may have an emotional block and ways to move forward.
I base the format and flow of the sessions on your needs and treatment goals while you guide the pace and the content of our time together. I provide you with the tools to bring awareness and understanding to your individualized situation. Art making is encouraged. All levels welcome - no experience needed.
