"The wound is the place where the light gets in." -Rumi The very awareness of your wound is the opportunity to allow the light in. My intention is to help you explore the wound to find healing and growth. For my part, I provide authenticity, openness, and support in a safe place. This journey can be difficult and frightening at times but in the end, the wound is filled with hope, validation, and acknowledgment of the hard work.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, boundary setting, life transition, relationship and family concerns, traumatic experiences, seeking life purpose, self-care, burnout, chronic illness coping, and career concerns.
With a background in health care and higher education, I am able to focus on building a safe space for growth and understanding. So you can freely express your emotions and process stressful events you may be experiencing. My approach is holistic, warm, and interactive. Taking the first step is difficult but once you reach out, you won't be alone.
