I help people manifest life goals using multi-modality therapy, energy/love, mindfulness, prayer/meditation, super foods, movement, music, nature, art, and/or positive affirmations for clarity. Additionally, I educate client about maximizing their somatic and automatic nervous system by reprogramming negative thoughts.
While interviewing national hip-hop artists, covering red carpet events, being at video shoots Kimberly is enmeshed with people with mental illness, substance abuse, legal and behavior issues. Kimberly's history as a hip-hop journalist and mental health worker has placed her on the front lines with issues plaguing the hip-hop community.
In 2021, Kimberly became a private provider of psychotherapy insurance panels. She is offering telehealth counseling and in-person sessions.
