Anxiety is the number one obstacle that can potentially hold a person back from reaching personal and professional goals and it is the root of most other issues. I will give you the tools to help you manage the anxiety and wipeout panic attacks altogether in only a few sessions.
I believe in creating a positive warm environment, building a good rapport, and making therapy fun and engaging. I like my clients to feel supported at all times therefore I make myself available between sessions by phone, email, and text for anything from a quick question to a major crisis.
