Welcome! As a licensed therapist I am continually inspired by witnessing clients make sense of difficult life experiences, past or present. My approach is eclectic and includes evidence based treatments such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), informed by depth oriented approaches (psychoanalytic / attachment theory), and grounded in mindfulness.
