I'm known for my warm, relational approach and holistic style, integrating multiple therapeutic approaches. Currently, I serve a diverse adult population (primarily women in the 20s through their 50s) in many aspects of their lives, such as creativity, spirituality, post-trauma care, ADHD and executive functioning, anxiety, postpartum, big life transitions, grief/loss, cancer support, sleep and dreams, and late stage recovery.
My specialty is Women's Issues, and those BIG life transitions - I've survived many. Allow me to support you and help you thrive! Employed in the fields of mental/behavioral health, and education, since 1999, I'm also certified in guided meditation/yoga nidra, hypnotherapy, and integrative mental health.
