I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in North Carolina. I have worked successfully with individuals, marriage/relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, transgender, and many other issues and concerns.
I use various therapy disciplines including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc. I do hypnotherapy and I am in the process of becoming certified in Hypnotherapy. I use hypnotherapy for clients struggling to stop smoking, loss weight, reduce pain, anxiety and depression (in person only).
