Coming to therapy is a huge step. People come to therapy to improve their lives from many different and difficult experiences. Borderline Personality Disorder can effect women more so then men in many different ways. Using different methods and teaching tools can help improve your life, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Trauma comes from many life experiences which could develop into Borderline Personality Disorder such as, all types of abuse, and other negative experiences. Therapy and training will give you back your inner peace. My approach is humbly understanding what you are going through and working through it.

How can I help you? I begin by listening, understanding your situation and treating you with kindness, openness, and honesty, to help you feel emotionally safe in therapy. This is a good way to begin a therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the individual which leads to healing. There are many tools I can use to help you.

I am empathetic to an individual's experience, looking to the individual as a teacher of their life experiences to help me understand what different therapies can be used. I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Coping with change or making a change in life can sometimes be overwhelming. It's nice to know I be of can help.

Borderline Personality Disorder, studies show working through out the year with Dialectical BehaviorTherapy(DBT) shows signs of recovery. I understand that other symptoms may use different therapies.
