I have been a hospice counselor for over 4 years and been doing grief and loss counseling for over a decade. I have helped hundreds of people in the last decade navigate their grief journey and "new normal" to find value.
My counseling philosophy has always been, to meet the client where they are at. I will never force you to talk about things you are not ready for. I have an extensive background treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and mood disorders as a hospice counselor.
