As a therapist I believe safety in the relationships is key. I value listening with compassion and nonjudgement. I focus on joining with clients to move through difficult past issues, bring balance to present day struggles, and grow in confidence in navigating future concerns. I have had a wide variety of training in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities. I have enjoyed working in the mental health field through inpatient psychiatric care, emergency room, schools, community mental health, and in private practice.
I enjoy the simple things in life, including spending time in nature, enjoying quality time with others, a good night of sleep, and a hot cup of coffee in the morning. I value and invest in my close relationships with others.
