I discovered that building a supportive relationship through therapy creates a safe place to explore life issues, understand difficult situations, learn new coping skills, enrich relationships, and work through situations that lead to a more authentic life.
My specialty areas include relationship issues, mental health disorders, traumas and addictions. I practice object relations, attachment therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have extensive training in working with victims of Trauma.
I also can bill as an Out-of-Network Provider and I do take Carelon / Beacon (Partnership health plan), Medi-Cal, Anthem BC, Victim Witness, and Cigna.
