The people that do best with me tend to be working on trauma, an eating disorder, boundary setting and relationship issues, and/or general anxiety. I work with an interpersonal approach, but integrate CBT. For eating disorders, i utilise CBT-E, parts of MANTRA, and EMDR for core self esteem issues. Trauma treatment can encompass EMDR, CPT, brainspotting, or talk therapy.
