Young Adults with ASD
This group helps young adults with Asperger's-type autism transition to adulthood. It is offered a part of The Adulting Program, which also includes a daily check-in at the office to help individuals get out of the house and prepare for adult life (e.g., school, work, job search, etc.). Also included in The Adulting Program is family therapy with parents and individual therapy. The program provides individualized goals with a daily action plan to move successfully move forward in life.

Elementary children with ADHD
This group helps children with: social skills, emotional regulation, organization, time management, and improving attention and concentration both at home and school. The group format allows children to practice skills as they are learned. Groups start periodically and this group is also available in an intensive one-week version during the summer.

Parents of Children with ADHD
Parents of children and teens with ADHD sometimes need extra help learning how to assist their children develop strategies for success. Each week this group looks at specific parenting techniques for dealing with ADHD and its impact on a child's ability to succeed at home and at school. Tips for working with teachers to improve school performance are discussed. Additionally, members of this group will have an opportunity to processes emotional issues that often result from dealing with children and teens with ADHD.
