Does it feel like life comes easier for everyone else? Do you find yourself feeling confined by what you’re ‘supposed to’ be doing? Do you feel like you don't fit in? My biggest delight comes in helping people answer these questions and step outside the box and build a fulfilling life. I often work with people who feel stuck in doing life in a way that works for others, but not them- finding themselves feeling anxious, stuck, lacking self confidence, trying to heal from trauma, or full of existential questions. Often people I work with identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, ENM/poly, or an outsider.
My primary approach to therapy is through connection, presence, and acceptance. No judgment here. Together we'll work on figuring out what's getting in your way of living life to the beat of your drum. We may focus on being present, on your thought patterns, feeling the feels, or self-compassion. I invite you to be present, to find a life that sparks joy.
Humanness is messy. We all need a safe space to show up in the mess. In our work together, I offer you a space where you don’t need to feel put together, where you can set aside your “not good enough” or “too much” or “I don’t know how to do this” thougjhts and start to imagine and create a life that sparks joy.
