Hello! I understand that takes courage and strength to reach out for mental health services. I would be honored to support you and your family through the challenges you may be facing. I have experience treating behavioral and emotional disorders in children, anxiety, grief and depression. I provide therapy for children, teens, families, and couples. I create a safe space for clients to express themselves. I work alongside children and teens by helping them adjust to changes and understand one’s emotions. I also help families and couples work together to learn to effectively communicate and work through past and present obstacles.
I work alongside my clients by helping them adjust to changes and understand their emotions. I tailor treatment to each individual based on their needs. In treatment, I utilize techniques such as Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is to ensure my clients feel seen, safe, and supported.
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and have a Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy from California Baptist University. I am currently supervised by Kelly Ross, LPCC.
