My experience includes inpatient psychiatry, specializing in postpartum depression, anxiety, crisis stabilization and psychosis. Providing support to adolescents with depression and anxiety related to school, family, relationships, body image and social media are more prevalent post pandemic and I lend myself to those who are in need of guidance and support in these areas.
I listen to what and how you present and take a kind and supportive approach. I want to empower you and help you develop in-the-moment techniques to use for those difficult and often unpredictable anxious and upsetting moments that we all face from time to time.
