My therapeutic approach is integrative. My style is supportive and interactive. Collaboration with my clients is core to my work. I collaborate with each client throughout the therapeutic process to create a space that is compassionate and comfortable. I have a great capacity to meet someone in their present state yet guide them through emotional constraints, stress and vulnerability without judgement.
My method is based on a holistic approach encompassing mind, body and spirit. I encourage clients to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions. To be present in session with their bravery. My therapeutic orientation is eclectic and tailored to each client. Along the way, I promote the importance of self-awareness, transparency and to be your true self.
To me, therapy is about providing clients with tools to experience life with less judgement, challenge your perspective and obtain personal growth by becoming aware of unwanted patterns.
