My theoretical approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, person centered, and solution focused therapies. I work with my clients to understand their worldview and underlying concerns and provide a safe and supportive environment where they can understand the underlying patterns of their difficulties, learn to empower themselves, and take steps to improve their current situation.

I am offering video-conferencing therapy to residents of Virginia. Insurance does pay for this therapy at the same rate as traditional in-person.
