Hello, I'm glad you are seeking the support you deserve. There are many stressors going on in today’s society and everyone can benefit from support. Therapy is a steppingstone, and my goal is to foster confidence in my client’s abilities to manage life so they can achieve a life worth living. I use a radically genuine approach combined with evidence-based treatments to ensure success in my client’s treatment. I specialize in working with borderline personality disorder, emotional regulation, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I have worked with children, adults, teens, elderly, and groups.
I am intensively trained in adherent dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gottman method for couples, and prolonged exposure to treat PTSD. I also run DBT skills group. I am part of a professional DBT consultation team to receive expert supervision.
