Sometimes life is difficult. I want to come alongside you to help you find effective strategies to navigate through the challenges you're facing. Whatever life has thrown your way, let's work together to help you find your way to better days. I have 7 years of experience as a licensed therapist. During this time I've worked with people who have trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, a background of abuse or addiction, difficulties with life transitions, adolescent, family and couple and marriage issues and a variety of other mental health concerns.
I offer a variety of approaches to the therapy you will receive. Often CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) strategies are helpful but usually I will include a mix of attachment therapy strategies, maybe some brief therapy or DBT (dialectical behavior therapy). Each person is unique and so I tailor my approach to your specific personality and needs.
