I am licensed in Wyoming, Colorado, and New Jersey have been in the field for the past 15 years. I draw from a variety of modalities to empower the individual to understand what the concerns surrounding them mean and how they have the power to succeed. I particularly use EMDR, REBT, CBT, and DBT techniques.
As your mental health tour guide, we will explore together what makes the situation or place heavy for you, work through it, and then move on to the next site you find in your mind. I will challenge you, but I ask you to offer me not just the negative, but the positive in life as well so we can build that LIVE part of you that is there.
