I am passionate about working with individuals that are struggling with anxiety, phobias, negative thoughts, or have experienced trauma in their life. I have an eclectic background and practice with the belief that everyone is unique and that you are the expert in your own life.
I take an integrative approach using Cognitive Behavioral, Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, TEAM therapy (Level 1), psychoeducation, Family Systems, Gottman couples therapy, person-centered techniques, and more.
