Have you spent much time thinking about different ways to find contentment? I have always felt that life was intended to be filled with enjoyable, memorable moments, where we live our life with a sense of ease, filled with good health, and amazing, safe relationships. However, as a participant of life, we all know that this can be a challenge to accomplish at times! We are often stressed or anxious about meeting our goals and/or the expectations of others. We have complicated relationships with our partners, families, and friends. We want to live life a certain way but are often faced with roadblocks that prevent us from doing so.
Sometimes these things are simple fixes. Sometimes they are complicated journeys that seem to take us further away from our goals and who we want to be. This has led me to a lifelong goal of finding flexible contentment. I strive to help people find ways to maintain a sense of contentment while trying to resolve challenging situations in their lives.
I try to help people tap into their strengths in order to help them recognize that they may have the personal ability to turn things around and work towards meeting their goals.
