Congratulations on your first step! Knowing you deserve help and you can't do it alone is a big deal. Finding a therapist is a daunting task. I invite you to be very introspective and know what you want when looking for a good match. I specialize in a few unique topics, which might be just what you are looking for. I also offer couples counseling intensives, alongside another therapist, for those in need of a more focused and concentrated format. Each intensive (2-4hrs long) can equal several months of marriage counseling, and that this format allows for greater exploration & resolution, in a significantly shorter amount of time.

I treat Socio-cultural Trauma, Sexual Trauma, Religious Trauma, PTSD, Gender Dysphoria/Transgender People, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Dissociative Disorders, and other issues. I am trained to work within family dynamics, marriage, partnerships, poly-relationships, as well as individual clients. Working within the Queer Community is critical to me.

A huge part of our work will be understanding past traumas and the ways they can prevent you from forming healthy relationships. The therapy room is a workshop for you to practice what you would like to refine in the outside world. It is a safe, affirming, exploratory place where safety and trust are paramount in the work we will do together.
