I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, needs some motivation in making a change in your life or are struggling with some more difficult challenges. I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes.
I have also worked with couples on improving their communication and relationship skills. I am particularly passionate about helping others find ways to make changes using natural means including things such as meditation, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation and behavior modification.
