I also enjoy working with parents and families to improve communication in the home by focusing on parenting skills and relationship conflict. I have experience working with children in the areas of ADHD, anger management, and impulse control.
I have a passion for living purposefully and intentionally. I believe healthy living provides alignment of body and mind for wholeness and peace.
