My passion lies in helping young adults struggling with anxiety, confidence, relationship & dating stress, career issues, and life transitions. In addition, I work with couples around infidelity, pre-marital & marital counseling, and sex related topics. Through the use of evidence- based therapy, my goal is to help my clients gain clarity in who they are and help support them in getting to where they want to be. In my office, I provide therapy that is not only validating but also informative, and challenging.

From both personal and professional experience, I recognize that therapy is both a time and financial commitment. I strive to provide the individualized care my clients need through the use of psychoeducation, and actionable tools that allow one to feel empowered outside of my office to make the life changes they desire.
